The goal for this site is to provide support services for parents of school-aged children.  I hope to not only inspire you but empower you with a can do attitude and provide the latest research on developing successful children. Involved parenting is the key to the success of your child in school and in life. 

Current research indicates the importance of obtaining parenting skills as essential to the success of a child’s ability to develop into a productive and positive contributor to our society.  Being a parent and veteran educator, I was fortunate to understand the benefits of this research and the positive outcomes of champion thinking.

What about parents who are clueless in this regard?  The answer to this question is revealed in my newly released book, “How To Become A Champion Parent”. I have been passionate about education for the last 25 years of my career as elementary and middle school teacher, and currently Professor of Education. I want to communicate to parents a very important message;” Successful children are the result of champion thinking parents”. I will share my expertise, and successes as veteran teacher, mother, author and professor with you.
